Prop repair - great service!

Hi All,
I started a thread a few months ago about having my volvo penta duoprops repaired after I'd hit something with them, tried a few places who said they were beyond repair, but have had brilliant service from Carwyn who runs Castle Marine in Caernarfon. Home - Castle Marine Ltd

Did a brilliant job, £140 for both props and the cone.

How do they add material back on?

Additional aluminium is welded on to the prop and then shaped on a former, there's a good video here on how it's done:
