Prop calcs and displacement

I am just about to buy a prop for me project,when it comes to displacment i have to guess somewhat as the nearest boat to it is the Colvic seaworker@1.25 ton,s.
IS this the weight of the hull or do you need to add engine,bodies,bait,gear,beer,fuel,etc

As much as the displacement, you also need to input the length, beam and draft of the boat.
