Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of drowning as, under certain conditions, the bladder may become punctured, resulting in reduced buoyancy.

Corrective action: The product has been recalled from end users by Decathlon.

I wonder what “may become punctured under certain conditions” means?

Could that not apply to any lj?

So what are these “certain conditions”? Is what I would like to know.

Are they talking in a round about fashion of poor welds.

How did they find out about these “certain conditions”?

Will we ever know I wonder?
