Problems with IRIDIUM SATELLITE PHONE Network??

hi folks, am trying to test my satellite phone, iridium 9505A , to make an outgong call, however, despite full signal, cant make an outging call........

when i try and make the call with full signal, the phone displays calling on the screen , then signal drops to zero then message " please try later " is displayed on the screen.........

i have a post paid account..... anyone here that has an iridium? can you make a test call? or are you experiencing any problems?

i just managed to get a call out now after over 2 hours of trying!!

iridium must be experiencing the proglems that globalstar are!!

Just tried mine, got through straight away.
BTW, who did you get your post paid sim from? I've got prepaid and regretting it a bit now.
