problems calling marinecall

has anyone had any problems calling marine call for inshore forecasts? i can not get through on my mobile - says number is not in use - so i tried a land line - same prolem - so i called the met office - they said the lines are working fine? what on earth am i doing wrong?? any thoughts?? thxs
