yes, i am sure that there is no an air bleed as the intake hose is run on the bottom of the boat without loop and only with valve, which is all the time closed and open only once the loo is used
not i looped above the ffn water linejust for safety! during sailing if the boat heel more the top of the bowl can come below the water level

Why don't you understand what people are telling you?
1. Drill an air bleed if there isn't one
2. DON'T close the seacock until the after seat lid can be raised.
