printing off sunrise/set tables

I have been trying to print a one page, year at a glance, sunrise sunset table calculated for my area and clock as provided at http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneYear.php
The table is too large for one sheet of A4 landscape but cutting, pasting, editing fonts etc doesn't seem easily done. has anyone any ideas of how to do it or how to turn it into an Excel table? Many tks. Happy New Year.

Quick and dirty way is to Print Screen and paste into a word processor - it just worked for me /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
