Very much considering taking the plunge on a 2015 Princess P43,fully loaded, but wanted to consult the online oracles first!

Anything to watch out for?

P.s. it's top spec everything from Cummings engines to interior, electric Bimini, rear camera, joysticks, upgraded BT, and med spec.

Totally under powered with the Volvo 435. Go for the Cummins

Agreed. Only downside is the Cummins' are a bit boomy and have Mercruiser throttles and gauges.

We have decided to give it a miss this time, mainly due to an unrealistic valuation that PMYs place on this vessel, versus an gross undervaluation of our own vessel.

Ha ha , it's called business.
Seriously I always wonder why PMYS over value / price boats , they just sit around with no offers .
Pricing is like the car industry in that dealers price everything high.

Well I realise there is absolutely no love lost when it comes to a deal, but some of the reasoning behind the value placed on their Princess Approved range raises ALOT of questions.

I was given a list of reasons for the valuation by the london office, however after a few tongue slips by the local dealer here in Banus, the first 3 reasons were voided due to misinformation about how the "approved" rating is a) calculated and b) valued.

- I've deleted what I've written next about 5 times so I won't type it!! -

P.s. VolvoPaul you've been active on my threads for about 3 years now! Perhaps we should form a regatta of our own this summer!
