Princess 45 dinette

Hi, i have seen a Princess 45 that i really like, however it is not the dinette version, whilst i could wait to find one that already has this, i really like the one i have found. My question is; is it difficult to remove the panels that make up the third berth and convert it to a dinette? Has anyone done this and any advice or “gotchas” i need to be aware of

There's a company around Swanwick that buy and refurbishes boat, they should be able to help, can't remember there name sorry, Swanwick marina might know.
