Went to use washers this week and they did not work! Pump priming caused water to drip through the light appertures in the top of the shower under the drivers side wiper. Visually checked pipe connected directly to drivers side wiper, this was intact. So I assume the hose has come off the T-piece that splits the feed to either wiper. My problem is I haven't got a clue how to get to the cavity between the windshield and the ceiling section to refit the tube.
Anyone have any idea how the ceiling panels are removed in this area or know a man that does? All advice appreciated.

In the meantime the water supplements the shower, so thats the up side as long as the lights arent on.

On my princess 410 the washer hose is behind the upper instruments, behind the radar and plotter, I'd say that's where your may be. P 430 nice boat was on my upgrade list.

On the Princess 42 I'm pretty sure the access is through the top of the shower/bathroom ceiling. If there's an obvious silicone joint, I'd cut it out and see what you can see. Here's an in-build pic of the P42:

Interesting photo :)

The wash wipe is at the top of the screen in my little p360, don't think the shower ceiling will be high enough but only guessing.

Before you do any damage you might be able to see at least , maybe get to it from the ceiling above the helm seat, it just pulls down and pushes back up. Then stand on helm seat with powerful torch to see how to get to top of screen.

Thanks to all for guidance. I would think P410/420/430 and 440 would be similar, so will start where Paul suggested. Reluctant to start pulling panels out as they never seem to returm with same fit quality. If I cant find/reach it I will invest in a flexi camera to pin point location best option to repair.

Re P430, really pleased with her, plenty of space and easy access to flybridge. Quality is usual Princess, well up to scratch.
What I do like about her is she tracks beatifully at 5-6 knots using the helm. Other boats I tried seemed to wander at this speed.

Is there an extractor vent in the ceiling of the bathroom? Could that be removed to provide access to the wiper mechanism?

think its the water squirter at the top Jimmy.

The down lights can be removed, then the cieling above the helm can be removed by pulling down.
then you stand on the helm seat and can reach inside the huge empty cavity above the windscreen that goes up to the flybridge.

The cieling just pushes back in place, it is designed to be removed for access.

In a very heavy sea the ceiling can drop on your head and some Princesses were modified by Princess in 2007 with the addition of screws to the cieling which can be seen easily. I recommend the addition of these screws along with caps.

The inbuild pic shows the access hole which is a panel that you can remove, the wipermotor and washer hose lies just forward of this and is easily accessable. The washer hose connects to an extended nipple going through the wiper spindle mounting plate and these can crack or break off giving you the extra shower function.

Unsure if similar to P42? The irregular hole in the shower/2nd cabin ceiling isnt there. I have opened the access panel behind the dashboard instruments and remove the adjacent ceiling panel forward towards the shower. I can just see the wiper spigot throught the 100mm gap about 70cm away with hose attached. Vision is limited due to demister hoses and other bits. The shower cubicle appears to be a on piece moulding, i.e. no access other than lights or vents. All advice welcome, will have a go next weekend. When resolved I will add solution to thread as a guide for others.
