Does anyone out there have any comments to make on the Princess 360 with 63L's. (Good/Bad hull,,,Underpowered?,,,Good/Bad economy?)

Talking about Economy, I have just been watching a program about the biggest things on the water, and the Cruise ship "Carnival Destiny" burns 9 gallons a second!!!!!!! OUCH!

Seems we all want to know about boat buying tonight, well 360, small side cabin 1 head, no good with 2 teenage daughters, get a wash after lunch!, 318 underpowered go for 370 or cat 355 plenty in med, not a bad sea boat mby ran one but cocked up on the first set of engines, suffered from trim probs when fuel tanks ran low and water full, high planing angle I think, buy something with abit more waterline length, Princess 380 bit better, 2 heads as well, or a late 410 a nice boat a lot more beam and that costs nothing to moor it, 2 heads cat 355 or vp 380 available good 28-30 plus speed.

63L's perfectly OK. 30+ knots flat out, high 20's cruise. Might get another knot or two with 63P's but not worth worrying about.

Sensible layout for size of boat unless you are desperate for two heads.

Good boat, good quality, good sea boat.

Ari.
