I couldn't disagree, but I spent a lot of money on the stuff last spring when I striped my keel back to bare and smacked 6 or 7 coats of the stuff on.

Just couldn’t get my brain around saving all that dosh.... Just in case????

Hopefully one of our forumites will have the definitive answer.

All info regarding the number of coats and surface preparation is in the data sheet on the yachtpaint.com website

Definitely very different. Use Hammerite and you will be doing it again very soon

I presume we are talking about fighting the rust on your keel, in which case, you will be doing it every year, whatever you use.
