Hi I had a small leak from the hose attached to the Primary filter I cut back the pipe which appears to be in good condition Remade the connection and tightened the 2 jubilee clips making the joint fast I still have a very slight weep I tried tightening the clips but still a slight weep.Just enough to discolour tissue left on the joint Does anyone use sealant or PTFE tape Cheers Tarn

No need to use additional sealant. What you might check is that the male terminal piece that you are connecting to is matched to the incoming fuel pipe. If the piece is a small diameter one, you may be trying to compress the tube too much. The answer would be to buy a different sized fitting for the filter unit. Then the fuel pipe should be fairly stiff to push on in the first place.
Another point is that it is long enough. My original one was short & the second hose clip was just compressing hose & not actually clamping the fitting.
Apologies if you have already checked this
