I think in general (99% of the time) the boat manufacturer would not deal with this (am sure there are exceptions). All the parts (toilet, air con, etc) will be std parts available anywhere. I would get a company that do refits to quote on this.

Retro-fitting a crew cabin with all it can be is a big headache for them. They fit most of the interior with boats still open.
Prestige is a high production builder, so I think even if the market was calmer they would not do it.
I know of some yards, that if you take the boat to one of there bases they would do it for you.
In this market, with order book going into 2024/25 they are not going to waste any resource.
What you can do is get the plans and some numbers, and tell a good local yard to do it for you over the winter.
Other idea, buy the boat with the crew cabin ready if that is important for you.

I say it as I see it ,Always trying to be helpful.
Forums should have disagreements it’s natural .Don’t take it personal i don’t move on .Leave the egos at home if you have a big ego and feel bruised my me ( not intentional) the chances are you will end up running “home to mummy “
