Premier Marinas up for sale

Not sure if it has already been posted on here, Premier Marinas have been put up for sale by the owners Black rock.
Talk at Swanwick is that Black rock are hoping to raise 220 million from the sale and may consider selling the marinas individually to achieve this figure.
Anyone else heard this?

This should not be a surprise. BlackRock is a massive multinational investment manager and is not in the business of holding assets indefinitely. It will have had a clear exit date in mind when it originally bought.
