Preheating paguro 4000 / faryman 18w

Hello gents !

My generator remote panel calls for pressing start and stop simultany to preheat .

When i do this the engine immediately cranks . Is this correct or should it preheat without cranking ?

Yes , but cranks few seconds like it would do it without any preheating at all .

There is no pre heat facility on the farryman engine just a max fuel device for cold weather starting .

No the max fuel device is in the engine block , a knob you push down .
