Pre fuel filter

Good evening all.
I've just taken my pre fuel filter apart and notice that there is a fine mesh disc at the top, which looks pretty blocked. Thought I'd replace it but can't seem to find any listing for it online and there's no brand on it. It has a glass bowl with a wire clip to hold it in place. It has the letter R on the metal housing. Does anyone have any ideas? The engine is a Yanmar 1gm10.

Can you post a photograph? Does it have a filter cartridge in it as well as the wire mesh? If not, then it is only realy a water separator with the mesh filtering big bits of debris.
