Power Scraper from LIDL

This forum has several times recommended the Bosch Power Scraper for removing multiple layers of antifouling. I've used one successfully myself.
LIDL is advertising a Parkside power scraper 've jibbed at the cost of the Bosch.

I have reservations about the Lidl electrical stuff. You often get what you pay for and cheap price may be matched by quality. I got their rechargable screwdriver. By the time I had removed the screws form a Hygena chest of drawers, the reverse switch no longer worked. I also have heard of several burnt out angle grinders.

I have the same sort of scraper bought a couple of years ago from Aldi and have had no trouble from it despite using it for a load of work renovating an old house. As it comes with a 3 year warranty and only costs £14.99 what have you got to lose.

I'm still using the original blades that came with the scraper, I believe that the Bosch blades will fit but so far I've not had an opportunity to try them for size.
