Potential Flooding Thursday 05th October

I just noticed the surge forecast...

There's currently a forecast for up to 0.7m on top of an already big high tide
and the timing looks to affect much of the east coast

If the timing is right there will be a high water of 5.0m at Walton

Thanks for the warning. We had to drive into Ipswich today and changed our plans a bit to avoid driving along the Strand near HW.
It did reach 5 m about and the road was well flooded. Lots of idiots drove through and I think some got stuck. Expect they will have corrosion problems!!
One car at Pinmill was flooded nearly up to the windows. No doubt will be a write off.
