This maybe something, or nothing... The boat next to me, a Squadron 55 has sold up and left, marina lease expired at the beginning of the year. Berth has been empty except with a few visitors for a couple of months. Maybe an annual berth for the taking? Up to 17m. PM me for whatever info I have ( not much!)
