I'm trying to remain calm (and failing) in the face of a huge organsiation that cannot organise itself. It is quicker for me to ring their engineers than their engineers to ring themselves ("actually we do not use the telephone for this sort of communication but prefer the computer"!)

Yes, the cover is Hamford Water taken by Jomo, so he has a paternal interest A greater contrast with Coalville I cannot imagine
