Posting several quotes

I know how to post a single quote
However, i cannot seem to be able to post multiple ones
Can someone tell me how please

Click the "multi quote" + Icon (bottom right after "Reply with quote") of each post you want to quote, in the order you want. To deselect one, click again. Then Post a reply and it will insert the quotes.

But note that you have to use the Big Red "+ Reply to Thread" button or one of the wee "Reply with quote" ones under each post, not just "Reply".

That's odd. I often do multi quotes and I've never used that "Reply to Thread" button .... I just do all the +'s and finally the smalll "Reply with Quote" and all the +'s appear as well.

All I have to do now is work out how to stop my posts dropping the first letter whenever I start typing
