Hi, I would agree with others on this post but also check out FTP NOAA from If you have access to the World Wide Web be certain to check out
the following webpages.

An FAQ webpage describing several public and commercial FTP-to-EMAIL
and WWW-to-EMAIL servers may be found at:

As far as using a Iridium phone, great for voice, not so good for data, if you find that you can get Web pages then look at www.oceanweather.com.
