Possibly the prettiest Kim Holman design?

What I recall of Harry was that he would dump his Roller in the middle of the road at the end of Coronation Road, because he was too lazy to look for a parking spot & walk. He would then wander into the Crouch YC & if you were blocked in you had the devil of a job to drag him out of the bar to get him to move.
I seem to recall his rolls might have been a gold colour.( he was a car dealer so had no respect for cars, being just a comodity)

I remember Cheetah the Twister when she was owned by Cyril Allen at Walton and beautifully kept up. She was a becoming shade of pale blue and I admired her and her owners immensely. I used to lay up Mirelle next to Breeze at Robertson’s and got to talk to her owner who mentioned that he had once owned her cold moulded sister; he’s a very nice chap.

IIRC both Twisters, Cyclone and Cheetah, were build by 2 brothers who worked in Chatham Dockyard. They were members of Medway Cruising Club and the boats were moored along Gillingham Reach for over a decade until the late 1970's.

They are both still there now, although they weren’t in the water last year. Not sure the second one is called Cheetah though, perhaps Spinnaway, as mention above.
 
Hi folks ...... I have a strip plank oregon Twister in Sydney. Does anyone on the forum know of Acrobat - a Cardnell Bros Twister with Holman's alternate raised coachroof? Saw her for sale in Plymouth last year looking a bit weary.
 
Cheetah looked very sharp when last sold ..... details no longer online but there is a short YouTube clip ..... asking price 20k. Is that a fair price for good wooden Twister in UK?
 
Cheetah of Burnham is now owned by me after a meticulous restoration by its previous owner who did indeed write a project on her original build in 1966. He has quite a history he has compiled of her and the class more generally - I wish he’d publish it. She’s now moored at Waldringfield on the Deben. She was indeed built by Tucker Brown for Harry Croker who by most accounts was quite a character and was responsible for racing her at Burnham and then at Cowes Week where she won pretty much everything (6 out of 8 1sts) and then was nicknamed by the locals “the incredible Cheetah”. She was indeed found in a state of disrepair on the south coast and brought back to Burnham for a very lengthy restoration. I’m the happy beneficiary of his love story with the boat - he gets constant updates on her both from me and from his friends who see her moored off the Maybush. Testament to his work, she’s 56 years old, went back in the water yesterday and hardly a drop of water in the bilge. She’s now got a new spinnaker and we are going to race her at the Suffolk Yacht Harbour Classics this June - I’m resigned to her track record of racing success being diluted somewhat.
