Some skiff activity....They were racing in rather rough conditions One boat was very similar to one of the sailing boats in Riddle of the Sands.

This is me out for a row on the Saturday of the festival:

There were five Fifies (well one of them was a Bawley I think) together in the old harbour, which was a magnificent sight........ but I do not have a photo!

You sure it was not a Baldie? Named for Garibaldi. They were popular in Newhaven in Edinburgh.
