Looking for replacements for the two small portlights on my Sealord. One is above the top bunk in the walkthrough, the other in the after head. Current ones are opening ones but haven't been opened in the 29 years I have owned her so I want to replace with non opening.
Demenisions of the cut out are 175 x135, outer frames are 235 x 165.
TIA

Three problems.

They don't leak but, from the outside are fugly due to previous sealant work.
The one in the head has the securing 'bolt' in such a position that if you lose your footing while adressing the porcelain it will go the full 'humane killer' on your forehead - I've had it wrapped in a bubble wrap ball for years.
The one in the walk through? It has decided for some reason to convert from solid alloy to alloy paste which it keeps shedding, yes wierd I know.
I think all the portlights are GEBO and did hear once that the were all custom sizes made for Wly. At least I can't find them on their site.
I haven't bothered with the WOA site as I find it tedious and hard to work with.

Don't think you will find a standard one that size. 5mm polycarbonate through bolted into the recess on a bed of polyurethane adhesive sealant might be the simplest and most durable solution.

No positive suggestion from me (sorry) but just a reminder to check sizes of anything you buy. Some years ago I bought a portight supposedly for an ocean lord aft heads. Looked right but it was for a smaller cutout (mine’s a mark 1, maybe this was for a mk 2?). Bodged in with lots of sikaflex but one day I need to remove it and build up the fibreglass

Off topic, I just find the WOA forum really hard work.
Both this forum and the WOA have poor search engines. It is usually better and faster to use Google and see what comes up. You can always tell my posts on the WOA forum by the photo avatar.

The other option is to contact the WOA BoatLine member for the Sealord as they have specialist knowledge of that model as they are usually a long term owner. This is only available to WOA members and can be found under Member Services then Other Member Services. You will find their mobile number and email address.
