Portimao for winter storage

Making a few plans for this winter as we only have short sailing season this year.
On of our options where looking at is dry storage ashore at Portimao boatyard.
Any comments, good, bad or indifferent about Portimao boatyard. Not looking at any marina comments as having stayed there.

Its a secure yard with basic toilet shower facilities. Good services available by local contractors for work. Short walk to Lidl and slightly longer walk over the bridge to Portimao town. The railway station at Parchal is 5 mins walk for links to Faro or Lisbon airports for travel. If you want to know anything specific, just ask, I live locally.

An alternative is Bruce's at Faro, cheaper but mainly DIY. 10 mins by taxi from airport. Nave Pegos Boatyard - Nave Pegos
