i'd want to be paid to spend more than a night there!
wear thermals and a gas mask when visiting the 'facilities' and don't even think of it if you've got a multihull.

I have their 2004 price list, which was the only one they had in November. Annual price for pontoon berth, paid monthly, was 49p per metre per day. Those prices apply until end of March 2005.
I did't think there was anything wrong with the bogs, although I've not used the showers.

It is about £1000 for the year paid as one sum. I could find the exact price if you wish.
BUT they have a waiting list for 10 meter berths.
Thae was abour two months ago.

For my sins, I am one of the chosen few who are condemed to a life at the afforsaid marina. Cost for my 10M yacht was £1800 for the year up to March 05.
The girls on the desk say there is a waiting list - but I have not heard of anyone not getting a berth - talk to Adam - the assistant manager.
Big problems with depth on some of the berths in 2004 - but they are doing some dredging this winter.
The facilities are old but no need for a gas mask. Great racing there though on Weds and Weekends.
