It’s about 1 hrs drive from Loano .
Nice wide aisles and a huge indoor covered section , air temp rose to 25 .
Bit of something for everyone, a lot of ribs , some Gozo style boats , plenty of sailboats , some massive.
Interesting motor boats .
I’ve focus my pics on what I think you won’t have seen @ Soton or possibly Cannes so,s not to bore you too much .

The great hall indoor with the tech stuff .

Rizzardi 50

Canados day boats .High end !

Positano day boat , very well made , I liked the chines .

Some more pics
The antique forums pic hosting and editing means I can’t see under a pic to write .
I keep writing about the wrong J peg or something.
It would be a far better forum if they modernised the pic uploading side .
Anyhow feel free to ask about any .

What make was the silkaflex on.

The beige Gagliota is really nice, and that Santiago gozzo I like a lot.

I really hope they return this show to a proper date, in October and that Ferretti Group returns.

It is to much shows on top of each other in September, this way they are just making it easy for Cannes, to what was up until 2012 a much superior boat show.

F33
Don’t tell PeteM .:)

The thick edged bathing platform teak was on a San Lorenzo , infact it all looked like real thick planks like on my Itama bathing platform. Sorry but boats are the sum of parts and attention to tiny details .When you spend a lot of time ( after a lot of money if new ) sat starring at things it’s only then for me that naff bits shout .Like crap teak sikafkex .

So just imagine climbing out the sea on that San Lorenzo or FL F33
Which sight would you rather be greeted with with your guests ?

Yes I did ask @ Monaco if Ferretti were gonna be @ Genoa and the sales guys lost eye contact with me .
The Chinese owner and family were @ Monaco in a super Yacht far bigger than anything FG group could offer .
As case of “ do as say but not as I do “ :) Parked next to the FG stuff .
Aside the preview and Cannes do make a nice show combo .
The U.K. big 3 were there today , Princess the largest selection 8/9 compared to S/Sker s Two and FL,s 3 .
Selling coal to Newcastle springs to mind :)
Also quite a few MC plated cars running back in the afternoon so the show attracts the right mix of punters peeking at the rarer IT stuff .
