Poorly marked lobster pots - epetition

Signed, been caught a few times, by Calshot Castle rope between two pots and again but more seriously submerged rope between several pots at freshwater bay where I was pinned down until a diver could remove my props to untangle, biggest concern was breaking free of the pots close to rocks with no power, but had the anchor down in case but it was a very calm day thankfully.
