UK company acting as broker - why not?
Located in SofF - because its nice boating and nice sunshine! My boat is in SofF
Registered in George town - Cayman is an excellent registry. For boats owned by non EU persons, such as this one, and wanting to be in EU for 18 months without paying VAT, it is necessary to have the boat registered on an EU registry. Cayman and many others serve that particular purpose. You might think that is tax avoidance I suppose, I mean you might think people who don't even live in EU not paying VAT to one of the EU countries is VAT avoidance

Bull has been for sale for years. It has a totally stupid (imho) lower deck layout that nobody wants, so they need to drop the price big time. I think about 600k euros is about the right price. Sellers are the liquidators/ trustees in bankruptcy of Madoff/Madoff companies

Daily Mail indeed! I get all my news in the Lounge, well, it carries about as much weight.

I understand roughly about desirable locations for registering boats. A snake oil salesman like Madoff would understand better than me though. It creates a maze the media love to highlight which then makes it seem like honest wealthy people following similar routes are crooks.

Leopards aren't especially pretty boats IMHO and if you say that the layout is also poor as well as being overpriced it looks like the price will have to be a virtual give away for it to shift.

Yep ,that is a bonkers boat. I believe things like the oven etc have never had any food cooked in it as he was fanantical about cleanliness.

As mentioned above, it's been for sale for some time, I asked about it maybe 10 months ago when I saw it just in case it was being dumped at a mad price, it is a mad price just not a low one.

Cant imagine what she drinks at 40knts.

The bonkers part of the interior is that the saloon is integrated with the master cabin. OK I suppose for someone who wants a huge private sitting room that keeps other guests out, but why invite them on your boat then?!
The sellers are taking a long time to wake up to the used pricing of these old Leopards and this one in particular. Maybe they think there is some appeal in the infamous ex owner, but in that case they're kidding themselves

We converted one of those into Taxi cab.It was horrendous,drank like a fish,drove like a three legged elephant. dreadful cheapo interior and had all the kerb appeal of pile of dog vomit.Lost value like UKIP promise.
