Working! Finished sooner than I thought, so rushed home with the thought of hitting the road asap. Got home, wife in bed ill. Buggered up another weekend. Spent most of it dragging my heels in a huff, cos she wouldn't let me play with my toys

Anchored off Ballard point Sunday midday and Monday am. Saw Geoffs go by on his way to Swanage (1122h Monday), waved but got no response (in fairness there were 20 odd fishing boats anchored and he got no closer that 50metres........
I didn't here a call on the VHF for Phaeton at all....... - although it seemed pretty occupied with Maydays, pan pans and general calls to coastguard for help!
You now have moby number as well of course............/forums/images/icons/cool.gif

Apparently swamped. He had remarked earlier that it seemed to be sitting a bit low. He switched bilge pump on, and nothing came out. Maybe there was water in it and bilge pump wasn't working. Who knows! They are going to try and raise it apparently.
