Hi

Just wondering if any one can help. Im trying to organise my local scouts camp next summer and havent yet been able to get out and find an almanac. Would somebody who possibly has a 2008 almanac be able to tell me roughly what time high tides are in poole harbour for the week July 26th 2008 to Aug 2nd 2008. Its just for a rough guess so that we can book the right weeks at the campsite with the tides.

Many Thanks for you help in advance.

Rich

(Summer Time)
Springs -1 day

Edited to correct August from 2007 to 2008 tides, sorry!

A couple of quick points on Poole tides.
High tide at Poole is not well defined (typically there's a double high at Springs and a stand at Neaps) and it's best to work with Low Water which is better defined.
The weather can also have a pronounced effect on height of water.
Incidentally, if you say where you are camping and where you intend going to, you may collect some local knowledge should you need any.
