Interesting note about the hoses at Yarmouth, or lack of them. I was told several years ago this was due to 'Health and Safety' concerns that bacteria could grow in the stagnant water left in the hose.Just spent the night at Poole Quay Boat Haven - the Visitors Marina. All good here, nice berth, hoses on the pontoon (note you need to take your own hose to Yarmouth to fill water tanks / wash boat off) it was about £40 with power but no wifi, so not cheap but great location for popping into Poole, taking a wander up to the bridge, looking at the many Sunseekers in various states of build etc.
We had a v good meal in Banana Wharf looking out over Poole Bay and our boat. There is something very special seeing your boat in the middle of the panoramic vista.
Sorry no pics, left camera on the boat and i have yet to aquire / master camera to iPad to upload skills!

Obviously a form of bacteria unique to Yarmouth, as no where else have I ever heard such nonsense. Most of us surely let the hose flush through for a minute before using it to fill the tank.
