I have a Wema S3H sender in a black water (poo) tank. It is stuck. Has anyone experience of using an enzyme product such as Thetford Tank Blaster to clear it? Any recommendations?

Wear a face mask and just take it out and clean it. It's not as bad as you might think. Just make sure the tank is empty(ish) first.
And wear a face mask and goggles.

I would, however its under the deck so I can only get it half out. To do as you say The whole tank would have to be moved.

The designer did well there then. Rather like the squadron 58 water talk senders that I have never even seen and would require destruction on a wide scale fo replace.

Fo my water tanks I use a very good pressure sender that shows water level.

If cleaning does not work buy an ultrasonic external sender instead

If you have left the boat with not much in the holding the holding tank then the float in the sender can get stuck in the sludge. Put more water in the tank and let it bounce around when you are out. That might well free it. Or use a pump out.
