Pontoon Insurance

As another insurance year (car, house, boat, travel - anything else?) comes to an end, I have been informed by my brokers that my current insurers no longer wish to cover my pontoon (R. Hamble) for me. Anybody else out there insuring a pontoon, and if so, who with? Boat insurers won't cover it, and the name the HM suggested will only touch it if I give them my boat policy too...

The insurers who have covered my pontoon in the past have changed their insurance policy but appear to be still offering insurance at a cost of about £60 p.a. with a deductable of £250. They are Aon McMillen, 31 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7FP; Tel 028 9024 2771 ask for David Martin
