Poking wire through pulpit tubing

Unfortunately there is nothing inside the stainless tubing.

Some idiot tried to pull the old wire through, lost patience and pulled too hard. It parted.
I've now forgiven myself - I mean him .

I had to replace two wires running up the mast. I tied the mouse line to one of them and pulled the other one out at the top. Half way through I relalised that it was the wrong one and so pulled the other out from the bottom! Why? It meant I now had two wires going in and not coming out of the mast;and the mouse line tied to a free end. To this day I cannot understand what I was thinking.

Plus one for the magnet and steel mouse.
