OK, thanks for the help so far guys, another question now...
Calorifier arrived this afternoon, a week ahead of schedule (thanks Surejust, no affiliation etc etc), it fits in the space i hoped it would thank frack. There are two hollow flat bits moulded into the grp behind the engine, it looks like it was made just for this type of thing. I need to put something between the two moulded bits to give it something flat to sit on.
Should i use marine ply or something similar? I can't see how i can possibly get nuts/bolts onto the bottom of the bearers, is it an option to use screws and CT1/Tec7?
EDIT:Also, do i need an expansion vessel between the thermostatic mixer and tap?
