Anyone know of an Edinburgh based supplier who can cut and drill polycarbonate boat windows ?

not edinburgh but central Scotland and the owner/MD was racing secretary for the CCC, is a yacht owner & racer and so will understand exactly what you need.

In Edinburgh, try Easter Road Plastics. Unfortunately no longer on Easter Road but yoiu should be able to find them in the phone book.
