Please help. Microsoft Outlook Question - Sorry

Can anybody please assist? Just started using a new (to us) computer system. Every time we send an email a copy of it comes back into our Inbox. Whislt not debilitating it is annoying and is probably just a setting which needs changing? (he wrote, hopefully).
Can anyone help with a quick fix?

Have you got a Sent Items Folder setup?

If so, then Tools:Options:Preferences:E-Mail Options and Tick Save copies of messages in Sent items Folder.
Or untick it if you wish.
 
It's more likely that the previous user set up a rule to do just this. Check Tools:Rules and Alerts. All you need to do is uncheck the offending rule. If this is the cause it is likely that the sent mails aren't being saved in the Sent Items folder, so you will need to sort this as suggested by FullCircle
 
If Outlook doesn't seemt o be the problem, it may be set on the domain.

Contact your ISP and check there is not a 'domain forward' setup that copies all emails to your address.
