platimo compass model - type?

Hi - I have bulk head mounted compasses that I need to buy replacement covers for. Don't know if it's just me being particularly dimwitted or just that my powers of websurfing are failing, but I can't seem to cross refer what it says on the compasses to what it says in the catalogues for the covers.

The words on the compass :

Plastimo
Contest - App.Mar.Mar.
Classe B - No. 346 SN


What I find in the online shops are loads of difference covers that fit, say, Plastimo Contest 130, 100, 101, etc. None of them look the same.

Any ideas on how to tell which covers will fit mine? (I'm afraid I don't know how old the compasses are, they could be original to the boat which would be 1986).

errr... usefully, no.
But then, none of the covers I found give dimensions anyway.

You presumably have the 'old' style plastimo contest compass.

Covers are avaliable allegedly from Force4.

I need to get one myself since mine is now mostly gaffer tape. Can you post a reply if they have stock? Ta muchly.

Just phoned them. Yes they are in stock.

Though I may just make a canvas one. These covers seem to only last five years or so and I suspect they will eventually stop making them.
