Platform to mount a winch on a mast...where from?

I'm after one of those stainless or ally 'platform' things that rivets onto the mast, so a winch can be bolted on.

Does anyone know where I can buy one?

I've Googled, and looked at websites of riggers and chandlers without success (cue: someone to instantly provide a link from Google, a rigger or a chandler!).

I had new ones put on several years back, the rigger made them himself !

me too, but I am in the US. Just ground off the 4 ally pads we had on the mainmast as corrosion had set in. Luckily it hadn't reached the mast itself.
