Plastimo \"Sleaper\"

I have had a "Sleaper" for two seasons now. It does cut out 90% of the slapping from a scoop stern. Only problem is I am dissapointed in the build quality, the weld around the edge is parting and leaks are developing. Has any one had this problem?

Most now use the foam swimming pool sticks with a rope threaded thru' them, cheap and easy to replace. available in a wide range of colours too.

Avagoodweekend......

I bought one when SWMBO complained about the noise - never used it and she has got used to the gentle lapping of the waves /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Most swimming pool shops will have them, common in swimming schools too, or try any of the foam rubber shops.

Some double up if they get the tin ones.

It's at the bottom of the lazarette, here in Malta! I may as well sell it if I can. Not sure what to ask unused 2nd hand. You could PM me an offer?

If I have enough space and not too much stuff to bring home, I'll pop it in my bag. Should be back in UK end June or so.

Cheers

Richard
