Plastimo/Bambridge cooker

I bought a new cooker about 6 months ago.
It a Bambridge 3 burner and oven (no grill)
After about 3 months the door seal broke. I tried to get a new one under warranty but they said no. said I probably caught it with a tray or something so I bought a new seal.
The second one broke before Christmas. So I bought another one.

It is now on its 4th seal in six months and I can't go on buying a new seal every month.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Having spoken to a few people the cooker gets a good reputation but as you can imagine I have lost all faith in it.
The other cooker I considered was the force 10. Are these any good

+1 they are very helpful in my experience and if in vicinity of Bolton you can call in.

I spoke to them today and I'm taking the cooker in for them to have a look at next week.
