Planing and leaning to port

Hi; my Cap Camarat 510, a fast 17ft runabout by Jeanneau, heels slightly to port, like a list, at full speed-35 knots or so.
Engine is a Suzuki V4 100 hp outboard.

Is this torque reaction, or what? Trimming boat with ballast makes no difference.
