I have the responsibility of taking a highly sceptical and some might say unwilling would be (don't wannabe) East Coaster for a weekend on the 25th of September. Now assuming the weather is OK I am thinking a few drinks in the Butt on Friday evening, a gentle sail up to the Ore on Saturday morning with dinner at Orford or on the boat, Sunday a quick sail up to Slaughden then back to the Orwell perhaps a sail further up river or the Stour to show off the plentifull anchorages and delightfull countryside. Any other suggestions particularly if the weather is dissapointing. It's a pity I have not been able to spend more time in this our first year on the East Coast so come on boys if he comes it will be worth the effort, where should we go?
