Wunja - Currently working on a plan requiring a transit van, tent and mini pirate and does not involve sitting in Dovercourt for 5 hours.
Black Magic - 2 or 3 adults + 1 or 2 children. Depending on lots of variables.
simon_and_tanja - 2 large novice pirates + 2 small novice pirates + cutlasses and a 12-pounder (...just kidding!)
Croix des Gardes - 3 adults, 2 angle grinders, weaponary.
Lodesman - 1 adult, 1 or two teenagers...
Millbeach and Nigelm - two slightly over weight pirate weekend virgins
Saguday-aka-Kioni - 2 Big Pirates, 2 small pirates, possible tent, possible double bass, possible percussion, possible psychiatric counselling needed
Pipedream II - 6 children and possibly a piano.

Barbican Bill (fresh (?) back from Holland) - 2 adults + excitable large dog sleeping aboard, and shore party of 2 more adults and 3 children. (All depends on boat repairs being completed in one week)

If anyone has room for a pirate, mini pirate, tent, sleeping bags, barbeque, food, beer, and wood; we would really appreciate not walking from Titchmarsh as I suspect we would end up falling in a bog.:eek:

We will have the car, so can be flexible for any departure point in Essex on Saturday.

As it happens, my crew have all just abandoned me... one due to personal sickness, and the other due to child's sickness. So I am crewless. Would you be able to get here early enough to help me crew up there? (unfortunately, it's Very EARLY sat or friday night) then I have plenty of room for you and mini pirate on board - no need for camping unless you want to.

Unfortunately Barbican Bill and assorted guests will not now be attending. Very disappointed, having not made a pirate weekend since the first one, but Santana is being lifted out to have the calorifier replaced. If we have one without a hole in it then apparently the fresh water will stay in the tanks rather than fill the bilge, which it did throughout our recent Zeeland cruise.
