Pirate weekend - reschedule?

We went to the last two and thought they were great, it's too late to arrange a full on themed weekend but how about we plan for the bank holiday August weekend - I know some won't be able to make it but it's better than no pirate weekend at all!

Just to start things off:

The Lazy Kipper - 2 adults, 3 mini pirates and ship's dog

That would suit the Full Circle plan, as we will be heading South back from the Alde/Southwold, so the Saturday or the Sunday would be good

We can't make that, but just go on ahead without us.... We won't be able to make any date prior to late Sept, and I can't help but feel that's getting a bit too late in the season!

Just a suggestion.... the Sunday may be the better day as it will give everyone a day either side to get there (and back).

think i might have to drop out too. all my potential crewmates are already booked up doing other things over the bank holiday.
