Dunno where Penzance is .. but you could start there..if you fail miserably in he P&P dept..suggest you write a play ,or better still ,sell the movie rights....naturally an Aussie will to have to play you , as Erol F. was the best pirate on TV... will scout around and see if anyone over here is interested... now I want 50% of the profits for this productin .. OK

I've been told that anybody flying a pirate flag can have his boat boarded by anyone at all and the boat taken from him, as he is seen to be operating outside the law.

Is this just a urban myth?

I suggest you take advantage of the fact that our Queen has the same name as the queen that invented Piracy.. namely to rob the Spanish of their Latin American loot in the Carribean.. however I am sure you could take up this sport in the Bay of Biscay.. maybe tho you will need to change your target country to the US of A to despoil them of their ill gotten gains from their foray into the middle east..
