Have you tried Stuart Mearns (if he's still there) at Marine Sales at Port Solent. Said to know every Fairline from Chichester to Penxance.

I looked at this one a couple of years ago when it was previously for sale.
The engines (KAD44's) were replaced quite early in its life, which they freely admitted - emphasising warranties etc. However, when they build these, the engines go in early and to replace them is not a simple matter. No doubt, if done properly, all structural integrity can be maintained - do your own research and draw your own conclusions!
It has been for sale for a while now, so they probably want to do a deal.
